How long are the strap extenders?

Our extenders are 4 inches long and available in both 3/4 inch and 1 inch widths — the longest available of this type. They can also be trimmed to a shorter length if needed.

How do I attach them to my shoes?

It takes less than a minute. Simply press the hook side of the extender onto the existing hook-and-loop strap on your shoe. No tools, no sewing, no cobbler needed.

For single strap shoes, purchase 1 set (2 extenders). For double strap shoes, purchase 2 sets (4 extenders total).

Do they work on adult therapeutic and diabetic shoes?

Absolutely. They are compatible with most major therapeutic and comfort shoe brands including New Balance, Drew, SAS, Orthofeet, Propet, Dr. Comfort, and more.
